Finally a great Mopar Store. Carlos Vega is a rarity in the car sales world. He worked with me over two days to craft a great deal and went above and beyond to save me money and take care of unexpected incidentals that can be a part of any used car transaction. He will keep you laughing the whole time too. And the great sales experience extends to the management team. Unlike other stores, Michael made himself accessible and worked to make the transaction as pleasant as possible. Finally, the service department representatives are careful, kind, and extremely professional. They will take care of you and give you all the information you need. This transparency from sales through service makes a huge difference. Even though the store is out of the way for me, I will definitely return for my service and parts needs moving forward. It's hard to find a good dealer and it's worth it to go to the ones that go out of their way to provide and exceptional customer service experience. Salerno Duane does that in spades.
