I had the pleasure of visiting the service department at Salerno & Duane. I was really pleased with the level of service I received. Heather and Carrie, the service advisors, kept me updated every step of the way and were invested in ensuring a good outcome. I had a great experience at this dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured at any point. From the salesperson to the amazing Manager Wanda Bosque, I can’t be more grateful. My husband and I left with 2 vehicles and the smiles still on our face!!! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
