I brought my Ford Explorer in to service some recalls and was attended to by Carrie and she had amazing energy. I only went for the service so I can’t comment on the sales but if Carrie was a clue on the overall experience, I’d say it’s a good deal

Heather was very quick to reach to me to offer her assistance with the loaner car and moving my then explorer through the repair process. I was very impressed with how proactive she was and I didn't feel the need to call to see what was happening.
