Sophia took her time with us explaining all the documents and made sure we understood everything and was patient as well. I purchased two other jeeps before this one and walked out of this location both times and purchased elsewhere because I couldn't make a deal and they were so rude. These three people were amazing and worked with me. As long as they are there I will be back for my next car.
