Jeff was I fantastic help keep me informed of everything and the Service Dept did a great job. Everything turned out wonderfully and I recommend this Rte 18 jeep to everybody.and in addition the service department did a fantastic job everything was done wonderfully

Sad day I hope other Dodge service dept are not like this.. have a 2025 Durango 13,500 mie on it all highway milage .. front rotors warped ..Pads were fine just rotors ..after 2nd oil change / tire rotation .. the head service manager Chris did not want to make good on R/R the rotors .. my first Believe maybe the technician didn’t torque Them properly but then when I think about it, maybe it was Just a Factory rotor Defect… So why couldn’t he just Write them up as a factory defect? Nope Instead, Chris chose to give me a hard way to go and wanted to argue in the fact that 22 years and it’s this way in a that way Satisfying to customer and having good relations with the customer customers that’ll come back He’s trying to say my abuse is the reason why Went bad I probably would’ve been driving longer than he’s been on this earth And I drive very well But needless to say, I would think twice or maybe three times Or truck before taking your vehicle to get serviced At Route 18 Dodge Chrysler Jeep You can buy there all day they come up with some good selections Your service department goes I would pass on it. Don’t let them touch your car.!!!….. problem solved!!.. two other dealers Offered to take care of the problem.. FREE OF CHARGE!!!… So what does that tell you????

Would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle at. I bought a used dodge ram 1500 and I happened to see the rear differential was leaking, they brought a mechanic up to look at it and informed me that it was the rear pinion seal that needed replacement, and that was all that was wrong with the vehicle, well took their word for it and purchased it and drove home. Next day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start at all and the check engine light had come on. I had to have it towed to my mechanic because I lived far from the dealership and come to find it this vehicle had SO many problems wrong with it, including the oil dip stick was busted off inside the tube, both exhaust manifolds were bad, fuel pump was bad, had a misfire code, then come to find out the odometer was rolled back. Called the dealership to explain and they just kept denying it and pretty much told me that it was my problem. They lied to me big time and would NEVER do business here again. Nothing but liars and very dishonest.

Jeff was great to work with. He helped get my recall addressed and also took care of a part that was damaged as a result of the recall. He was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. I'm very happy with the service I received and the overall experience. Thank you, Jeff, for making everything go smoothly!
