MY PATIENCE HAS RUN OUT!
Should be ZERO stars.
For over 3 weeks I've been trying to have a conversation with Chris Lardieri. I've lost count of how many emails and phone messages I've left at the dealership. He did return one call but I was unable to have a conversation with him at that time.
I'm trying to get a refund for one of the two smoke tests that were performed. The first showed no leak and the check engine light went off. Two weeks later the light came back on. After a second test they now believe they have found the leak.
Clearly the leak wasn't found the first time making me question if I'm entitled to a refund for the first one.
Chris comes off as being genuine when you're face to face and spending money. Based on the above that isn't the case when there is an issue. Instead, you'll spend time you don't have chasing him down.

I normally don't write these but I called the service dept on Friday 6/26/26 at about 3:55 pm expecting for the phone to ring and not get answered. I spoke to Tara who was not only extremely helpful, but was very professional and informative. I will definitely be taking my Jeep to you for service in the future based on this interaction. Would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle at. I bought a used dodge ram 1500 and I happened to see the rear differential was leaking, they brought a mechanic up to look at it and informed me that it was the rear pinion seal that needed replacement, and that was all that was wrong with the vehicle, well took their word for it and purchased it and drove home. Next day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start at all and the check engine light had come on. I had to have it towed to my mechanic because I lived far from the dealership and come to find it this vehicle had SO many problems wrong with it, including the oil dip stick was busted off inside the tube, both exhaust manifolds were bad, fuel pump was bad, had a misfire code, then come to find out the odometer was rolled back. Called the dealership to explain and they just kept denying it and pretty much told me that it was my problem. They lied to me big time and would NEVER do business here again. Nothing but liars and very dishonest.
