I recently spoke with Tara to schedule an appointment for warranty work on my 2026 Ram 1500. From the very beginning, she was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and accommodating.

After realizing that the diagnostic and repair process could take some time, I called back to ask about the possibility of getting a loaner vehicle. Tara was more than happy to help. She worked with me to find a better appointment time when a loaner would be available, making the entire process incredibly easy and convenient.

What really impressed me is that I haven’t even brought my truck in yet, and I’m already impressed with the level of customer service! It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely seems interested in helping customers and making the service experience as smooth as possible.

Thank you, Tara, for your patience, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate me. You’ve already made a fantastic first impression of Route 18’s Service Department. I’m looking forward to bringing my RAM in and hopefully making Route 18 my go-to dealership for service in the future.

I have brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for service to Route 18 Jeep for about 5 years. Not only do I feel they do a good job servicing the vehicle, they are also fair with the pricing and provide good recommendations on timing of service. I can usually get an appointment within a week, if not sooner, which is very helpful for people with busy schedules. If there is ever any issue (as may occasionally happen anywhere), they always do the right thing. I strongly recommend the Service Department.

Service is exceptional the vehicle turn around was as promised sane day and all the team is very friendly above and beyond I would very clean and immaculate waiting room absolutely I d use this dealer service over and over again!

Words cannot express how much I REGRET getting anything from this dealer. I was 19 years old when I got my jeep from this dealer. They took advantage of me so deeply and acted like it was a good deal for me and they did everything they could to get me in a car | wanted (btw basic jeep sport s). I sold my ford edge with no issues to get into this car and THE DEALER PUT ME IN A 5 YEAR LEASE!!!!!! YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT. 5. YEAR. LEASE. absolutely insane. Please for your own good, go somewhere else that doesn't HAPPILY TAKE ADVAntage OF A TEEN AND THEIR MOM.

Went there on Saturday 8/22/2026.. Was interested in a Ram 1500, test drove it and didn't really like it but the Charger caught my eye in the showroom. Test drove that and liked it..When deal was put together, cost was 2 much so I told salesman it's not gonna work for me. That's when he got aggitated and say " What did u expect to pay for this vehicle?" In a very disrespect way. Also told me He took it off the showroom floor and I should be thanking him.

To make a long story short..I can usually work the numbers on a vehicle I really like but this salesman was so disrespectful, I had to get outta there. In all my years of financing vehicles I've never came across a guy so arrogant and full of himself like him.

FINAL UPDATE:

I wanted to provide one final update regarding my experience with Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

Although my initial experience was extremely frustrating, I do want to recognize Tara, Chris the Service Manager, and Bryan the technician for the effort they made to correct the situation.

They followed through on what they promised. The necessary parts were installed, the work was completed properly, and the timeframe I was given was adhered to. I appreciate the fact that they took my concerns seriously and made an effort to restore my confidence in the dealership.

My only regret is that what should have been a relatively simple service visit turned into a much more drawn-out experience than it ever needed to be. Better communication and preparation from the beginning could have prevented most of the frustration.

That being said, there is definitely a silver lining to the situation.

I now know that people like Tara work there. She went above and beyond to help resolve problems that she did not create in the first place. She continued to follow up, listened to my concerns, and made sure the situation was addressed rather than simply allowing an unhappy customer to walk away.

That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Chris also did his part as Service Manager to make sure the dealership followed through on its commitment, and Bryan completed the work as promised.

In the end, I appreciate the effort they made to turn a poor experience into a positive resolution.

Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is very fortunate to have someone like Tara representing their dealership. Employees who genuinely care about customers and are willing to step in and fix problems they didn't create are an asset to any business.

They are advertising prices on 3rd party sites, but when you contact them their prices are outrageous. They quoted me on a base model ram 1500 and it was about the same exact price of a Bighorn model from Reedman toll in PA. Shop outside the state, you will get better prices then here.

The service so far this place been amazing. Took my car already twice, Jeff in service was great. Everything was done on time, even earlier I expected.

Recently I had the pleasure of buying a Jeep Compass and words cannot express how the entire process went. Joe was such a nice salesman and was so helpful and never once made it feel like he just cared about making a deal like other dealerships do. The sales manager Glenn went above and beyond to make the deal happen and out of his way to help. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be a repeat customer.
