Would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle at. I bought a used dodge ram 1500 and I happened to see the rear differential was leaking, they brought a mechanic up to look at it and informed me that it was the rear pinion seal that needed replacement, and that was all that was wrong with the vehicle, well took their word for it and purchased it and drove home. Next day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start at all and the check engine light had come on. I had to have it towed to my mechanic because I lived far from the dealership and come to find it this vehicle had SO many problems wrong with it, including the oil dip stick was busted off inside the tube, both exhaust manifolds were bad, fuel pump was bad, had a misfire code, then come to find out the odometer was rolled back. Called the dealership to explain and they just kept denying it and pretty much told me that it was my problem. They lied to me big time and would NEVER do business here again. Nothing but liars and very dishonest.

beware.. do not bring your car here.. they fail to communicate, ignore your phone calls.. and cant even diagnose the car within 48 hours. i wish i never went back here to buy a car..

Below is my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I recently had at Route 18 Dodge regarding my Durango. I brought my vehicle in Monday 4/27 for routine maintenance and a check engine light. I was told Jeff was not in, but was assured by the front desk woman that he would handle the service the following day(Tuesday 4/28). Mind you I already had an appointment set up for tuesday morning at 8:20am. When I followed up on Wednesday morning, Jeff informed me he was completely unaware of my vehicle or the requested work. Although he promised to expedite the process and follow up with me by noon, I received no communication. Following the authorization of work, my wife was told the vehicle would be ready Friday. I later found out this was not the case because parts needed to be ordered and technicians do not work weekends. We were promised the car Monday morning. Monday morning came and went . I finally received my vehicle back Tuesday morning. To make matters worse, the customer service during pickup was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no greeting or basic courtesy from the staff. Furthermore, I find the credit card surcharges on top of already high service prices to be unacceptable. I feel that these failures in communication and professional conduct stem from the leadership of the service manager, Chris Lardieri. The overall experience felt as though the dealership believes they were doing me a favor, rather than providing a paid service to a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not have this same experience but some how I feel it will fall on deaf ears. Fortunately, you have Jeff on your staff. He always tries to help out, even when his fellow service staff members have fallen short. I truly appreciated his dedication and effort.
