Jeff was I fantastic help keep me informed of everything and the Service Dept did a great job. Everything turned out wonderfully and I recommend this Rte 18 jeep to everybody.and in addition the service department did a fantastic job everything was done wonderfully

Would not recommend this dealership to buy a vehicle at. I bought a used dodge ram 1500 and I happened to see the rear differential was leaking, they brought a mechanic up to look at it and informed me that it was the rear pinion seal that needed replacement, and that was all that was wrong with the vehicle, well took their word for it and purchased it and drove home. Next day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start at all and the check engine light had come on. I had to have it towed to my mechanic because I lived far from the dealership and come to find it this vehicle had SO many problems wrong with it, including the oil dip stick was busted off inside the tube, both exhaust manifolds were bad, fuel pump was bad, had a misfire code, then come to find out the odometer was rolled back. Called the dealership to explain and they just kept denying it and pretty much told me that it was my problem. They lied to me big time and would NEVER do business here again. Nothing but liars and very dishonest.

I don't know where to begin, and if I could give zero stars I would. I have a Ram truck that has electrical problems and it has been at Route 18 for more than 2 months. I have brought my car in for service over the course of years to many different dealerships, and this place might be the worst ever. I spend half my day, every day trying to get in touch with my adviser at rt 18. They use AI to answer every call that doesn't understand anything you say, and it doesn't connect you with anyone. if you leave a msg they will tell you they never received it. you have to hope every day someone will call you. My advisor tells me he's very busy, or he's in training etc The supervisor Chris is also impossible to get in touch with. I have a star tech involved in my case, who is a factory advisor since they can't figure out what's wrong with my truck. He has called me himself and complained that in 2 months he has yet to have one conversation with my advisor at Rt 18. All he gets is 1-word responses in an email. He said, he has never seen this. They have one technician working on my truck, so if he is off or busy on another vehicle, my truck can sit for days without anyone working on it. They have had to order parts, and they don't provide tracking info to me or my star tech from Ram who asks for it, so he can help move it along. My tech is off on Fridays, and my advisor is off on Mondays, so nothing gets done on my truck until Tuesday. I have asked them to let someone else work on the Truck when he is off or busy, and the service manager won't let that happen. I have asked to speak with the service manager about this, he refuses to call back, and I'm told he's in meetings all day. The conversations on the phone ore condescending and the feeling is they can't be bothered. Will get to it when we can and you will just have to wait. When you have a customer's truck in service for 2.5 months, I think some priority should be given. At the very least you should be able to get someone on the phone. I strongly advise anyone who needs service on their Stellantis car or truck to stay away unless you need an oil change and filter, and even that you should be concerned. I would also like to say my Truck is a 2025, so it is a new vehicle under factory warranty. I hope this helps someone.

Today Tara from service department made my day she is one of there best employees very professional very polite gave me information about my coverage that where I bought the car didn’t even give me she took me from a very stressful situation and put me at ease thank you so much Tara if I could give you 30 stars I would when dealing with the service department ask for Tara she’s the BEST

beware.. do not bring your car here.. they fail to communicate, ignore your phone calls.. and cant even diagnose the car within 48 hours. i wish i never went back here to buy a car..

i am paying half of a rental for a car that is collecting dust in their lot..

Ryan and Mike A went above and beyond for me. I requested an Orange/Joose Compass and Mike A picked it up on his day off! We are a Jeep family and have been loyal customers for 18 years. Below is my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I recently had at Route 18 Dodge regarding my Durango. I brought my vehicle in Monday 4/27 for routine maintenance and a check engine light. I was told Jeff was not in, but was assured by the front desk woman that he would handle the service the following day(Tuesday 4/28). Mind you I already had an appointment set up for tuesday morning at 8:20am. When I followed up on Wednesday morning, Jeff informed me he was completely unaware of my vehicle or the requested work. Although he promised to expedite the process and follow up with me by noon, I received no communication. Following the authorization of work, my wife was told the vehicle would be ready Friday. I later found out this was not the case because parts needed to be ordered and technicians do not work weekends. We were promised the car Monday morning. Monday morning came and went . I finally received my vehicle back Tuesday morning. To make matters worse, the customer service during pickup was dismissive and unprofessional. There was no greeting or basic courtesy from the staff. Furthermore, I find the credit card surcharges on top of already high service prices to be unacceptable. I feel that these failures in communication and professional conduct stem from the leadership of the service manager, Chris Lardieri. The overall experience felt as though the dealership believes they were doing me a favor, rather than providing a paid service to a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers do not have this same experience but some how I feel it will fall on deaf ears. Fortunately, you have Jeff on your staff. He always tries to help out, even when his fellow service staff members have fallen short. I truly appreciated his dedication and effort.
