The guywho took my info was very polite and the dealership was clean. The parking lot is a disaster. Sooooo small for such a big place. They had trucks parked on the grass and curbs. Anyway, I got 2 quotes from them and thought it was high so I went to my local mechanic. He said one price was outrageous but the other was ok and to go back for the second one so I did. It took a week to see me but that was ok too. Truck was there for 3 days and the soonest they had a loaner for me was in about, no lie, almost a month. It's like they only have 2 cars to loan out. Still fine as I was able to use my wife's car for 2 days. They did the work and were done early which was good however, no one told me there was a 2.95% charge for using a credit card. I wonder if the other local dodge dealer has the same. My job was over$900. Who's going there with over $900 cash in their pocket?!? Just woulda been nice to be made aware of. I might have been able to get cash ready. For the most part, everything was ok except for the few things.

After a recent car accident, my vehicle was towed to a private auto body shop for repairs, and one of the parts that need to be replaced is under a Chrysler recall and may not be available for months. I was stuck without a car and wasn’t getting anywhere trying to find a solution until I called Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and spoke with Tara.
Tara was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She took the time to walk me through how to navigate the next steps of the process, which was a huge relief during a stressful situation with limited information to work off of. Her professionalism and willingness to help made all the difference. Looking forward to the rest of my experience at Route 18 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and will report back.

I had some concerns about the corrosion Warrenty for my jeep. I had the absolute please of speaking with Tara in the service department. She took the time to do some investigative work on a claim that I had and came through for me. All of my concerns were addressed!!
