What an easy experience. It helped that I had done research and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. No test drive needed. No convincing me I should get a Volvo - this was a lease renewal exercise. Walked in off the street and was paired with Chris Corrigan make something happen. So helpful. No pressure. No, "wait here while I go talk to my sales manager" nonsense. He was able to review things and extend an offer himself that after some figuring and mild negotiation worked well for both of us. They got the car ready same day for a pickup after work hours for me. And the Finance manager, Adam Grant was equally helpful. No hard sale on the typical add ons. Simple explanations for any questions I had before I took the wheel insurance (21" alloy rims and NJ potholes) like on my previous vehicle (which I got 3 scuffs repaired and a ding out of my hood using the policy). Went home happy enough to bother writing a complimentary review for them. I don't usually. Thanks guys!

Roni Taha in the service department is super helpful and professional

I live in Providence, RI and when driving to New Jersey the low tire pressure light came up. I called Ramsey Volvo on Thursday, September 10th to get an appointment to fix it. Steve, in service, got me in and they reset the light, checked the tires and even washed my car. They were great and I’d recommend them to anyone living in this area!
