I called on a Friday afternoon and I told them I had a problem with my car. They told me to come down and they would help. I arrived 20 minutes before the service department closes on a Friday evening and they took my car in with a smile and took care of my problem! I’m so grateful!. The entire staff at Ramsey Volvo is just amazing!!!

My husband and I had been shopping around for a car for a while. We’d finally narrowed down on a Volvo and had gone to a few places to test drive. We’d been turned off by other dealerships because of their pushiness and rushed communication. When we found Chris at Ramsey Volvo, we walked away, as we usually do, to consider the car. Chris didn’t push. He gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision and even went the extra mile helping us donate one of our cars.
