My husband and I had been shopping around for a car for a while. We’d finally narrowed down on a Volvo and had gone to a few places to test drive. We’d been turned off by other dealerships because of their pushiness and rushed communication. When we found Chris at Ramsey Volvo, we walked away, as we usually do, to consider the car. Chris didn’t push. He gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision and even went the extra mile helping us donate one of our cars. We felt like someone was really helping us through the process. I would, hands down, suggest this dealership to anyone. We made a large purchase and never once felt anxious, rushed, or worried. He’s a diamond in the rough!
