I had a really good experience with Roni Taha, one of the service managers at Ramsey Volvo. I came in with a few issues with my car, and even though they were fully booked, he understood my situation and made sure to squeeze me in between appointments.

Roni was very nice and pleasant to deal with. His communication was excellent he explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple and easy to understand. It really felt like he cared about helping and making sure everything was taken care of.

I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service or maintenance on their car to deal with him. Great experience overall.

I called on a Friday afternoon and I told them I had a problem with my car. They told me to come down and they would help. I arrived 20 minutes before the service department closes on a Friday evening and they took my car in with a smile and took care of my problem! I’m so grateful!. The entire staff at Ramsey Volvo is just amazing!!!
