I was very pleased with how seamless the purchase of my xc60 from Volvo of Ramsey went. I was nervous about buying a used car, because I have heard about how stressful the process can be, however, I did not feel this way as a customer here whatsoever. I worked specifically with John C., who was very knowledgeable, friendly and personable, so that made buying from there a nice experience for me. I even traveled over from Connecticut, because I knew what I was buying was already a great deal, so that relieved a lot of the anxiety from the start. I would definitely consider being a return customer next time I need to buy a car!

John Montenegro put us in the black XC40 lease, and then when that lease was up, we got leased the XC40. And Ramsey Volvo let Puppy be part of the negotiating experience. 10/10

When we first arrived the receptionist was not very involved or interested. Chris saw that we were leaving and he came out and salvaged the deal.
