What a great experience we had dropping our car off for service before heading out of town. Volvo really shows that they care for their customers. Even though we could tell the dealership was very busy, the environment was relaxed, welcoming, and professional.

We especially want to recognize Loren. It is so nice to be greeted by her friendly smile and long blonde hair. She is beautiful inside and out, and her kindness made us feel right at home. Employees like her are the reason customers feel valued and keep coming back to Volvo. You are lucky to have her on your team, and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Because we know Volvo likes to keep improving, I also wanted to share a couple of friendly suggestions. While the service itself was perfect, it would be wonderful if a quick interior vacuuming was included as a special courtesy when cars are serviced. I know this isn't something you currently offer, but it is a small touch that would make a big difference for your customers. It would also be nice to offer a few healthy snacks such as fruit or nuts for customers as they wait to enjoy - as other Volvo locations offer this and it can help for a rushed morning.

Thank you again for taking such good care of us. God bless you all!

Just picked up our new XC90 from Ramsey Volvo, and this was by far the most we’ve ever spent on a car — not even close. Big decision for a growing family, and the whole team made it feel right instead of stressful.

Chris asked what mattered to us, what we actually wanted in the car, and then just nailed it — no back and forth, no haggling games. Josh and Tom came in with a discount that genuinely beat everything else we’d looked at, not just a little. Adam handled the paperwork straight, no upselling, just walked us through everything clearly.

We felt well taken care of the whole way through on what was honestly a nerve-wracking purchase for us. Ask for Chris if you’re in the market.

I'm not sure what's happened to the service department here, but it's not the Ramsey Volvo I used to know. I've been a customer for years and currently lease my second consecutive XC90 from this dealership, so this isn't a one-time visitor venting.

I brought my 2012 S60 in for a real repair: a dead battery caused by a failed blower motor resistor, plus an aging serpentine belt and water pump. Reasonable work for a 14-year-old car. What was on the recommendation list along with it was anything but reasonable -- a $320 "coolant flush" stacked on top of a water pump job that already drains and refills the cooling system, a $320 "emissions system service" that doesn't appear in any Volvo maintenance schedule, and a fuel additive that does the same thing as a $10 bottle of Techron from any auto parts store. Pure upsell on services that weren't needed for the repair I was actually there for.

After picking up the car, I noticed new paint transfer damage on the passenger-side doors and handle that wasn't there at drop-off. I reported it the same day. The service manager's response was to claim the damage was captured "when the vehicle came off the tow truck." Except the car was never towed -- I drove it in myself. I pointed this out, asked for the lot camera footage, and asked them to investigate.

That was nine days ago. I haven't received a response since.

I escalated to Volvo Cars USA hoping they'd hold their franchised dealer to some standard. The reply was essentially "dealerships are independently owned, please continue working with the dealer" -- even when the dealer has stopped responding. Volvo used to back its customers when something went wrong at one of its retailers. Apparently that's no longer the policy.

I don't post negative reviews lightly, but at this point it's the only channel left. If you're considering bringing your car here for service, photograph it before drop-off, get a signed condition report, and decline any 'service' that sounds like a snake oil pitch.

A very good experience. We were fortunate to speak to someone who was not a salesperson, but who could clearly and thoroughly answer questions regarding vehicle sizes, comfort, safety options, as well as revealing options that we never knew existed but are very helpful in deciding on a vehicle purchase. He was more than able to answer any and all questions posed. A very enlightening and informative conversation.

Our experience at this Volvo Cars dealership was extremely disappointing. The staff was unapproachable and gave us looks that made us feel judged from the start. We were not greeted properly and had to initiate interaction ourselves.

The salesperson provided little to no information about the car and seemed uninterested in helping. When we showed a lease offer from Leasehackr, he dismissed it immediately and rudely said “this is over” multiple times, essentially kicking us out instead of having a professional discussion.

We did not feel respected as customers, and the overall attitude was unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

My husband and I had the best experience working with Chris at Ramsey Volvo. Between Chris and all of the employees there who had helped us, they made the entire process so easy and painless. I couldn’t recommend this dealership more!

On my last visit to Volvo of Ramsey I had a very nice interaction with the receptionist and salesman assigned to me. While I did not buy from this dealership, I do appreciate the time, help and information they provided to me during the process of shopping. I will be back to them in the future. Thank you and all the best!!

I had a really good experience with Roni Taha, one of the service managers at Ramsey Volvo. I came in with a few issues with my car, and even though they were fully booked, he understood my situation and made sure to squeeze me in between appointments.

Roni was very nice and pleasant to deal with. His communication was excellent he explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple and easy to understand. It really felt like he cared about helping and making sure everything was taken care of.

I would definitely recommend anyone who needs service or maintenance on their car to deal with him. Great experience overall.

I am writing to formally report and request assistance regarding a very troubling experience I have had with Ramsey Volvo Cars involving a vehicle that I purchased from their dealership. Approximately two years ago, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a persistent mechanical problem that the dealership was unable to resolve despite multiple attempts over the course of two years. Because the issue remained unresolved, I contacted Volvo Cars USA to open a case and seek assistance. After reviewing my complaint, Volvo Cars USA accepted my case and sent a letter to Ramsey Volvo instructing them to work with me to resolve the problem through a trade-in solution. Shortly afterward, I received a call from the dealership. During my meeting with their sales representative, they proposed the following resolution: • They would take back my problematic vehicle. • They would provide me with a new vehicle. • I would not need to make any down payment. • I would not need to make any additional payments related to the previous vehicle. • They specifically stated that they would cover the over-mileage charges as part of their offer. Their main argument during our conversation was that, because this situation resulted from an unresolved issue and a case opened through Volvo Cars USA, they would handle the over-mileage and related costs. Based on this understanding and their repeated assurances, I agreed to the deal and received a new vehicle approximately one month ago. However, after completing the trade-in and taking possession of the new car, I received a letter from Volvo Financial Services stating that I am responsible for paying charges related to over-mileage and other fees associated with my previous vehicle. This was completely unexpected and contradicts what was clearly communicated to me by the dealership. When I contacted Ramsey Volvo to clarify the situation, they denied making any such promise. They stated that they never told me the over-mileage charges would be covered and that I am fully responsible for these payments. This response is extremely concerning and disappointing. My wife was present with me during the conversation with the sales representative, and she clearly heard the same statements. We both asked several times to confirm that I would not be responsible for any over-mileage charges, and the representative repeatedly assured us that the dealership would cover those charges because the situation was related to the case handled by Volvo Cars USA. When the dealership later denied making these statements, I requested access to: • Phone call records related to our discussions • Camera recordings from the sales representative’s office during the meeting However, the dealership refused to provide any of this information. Instead, they simply stated that they never made such promises and implied that I misunderstood the agreement. This is extremely troubling because it places the customer in a very unfair position. I relied on the verbal commitments made by their representative in good faith. Now the dealership is denying those statements and effectively accusing me of misrepresenting the situation. In addition, throughout the process, I attempted to communicate with the sales representative by email to document the details of our discussions. However, he repeatedly asked me not to send emails and instead insisted that I call him directly. He also avoided sending written confirmations of the terms we discussed. Looking back, it now appears that this approach prevented the agreement from being documented, which is why I am now facing this situation. Without written confirmation, the dealership is denying the promises that were clearly communicated to me. This experience has been extremely frustrating. After dealing with a problematic vehicle for two years, I believed that the issue had finally been resolved through the assistance of Volvo Cars USA. Instead, I am now facing unexpected financial charges and being told that the dealership never made the promises they clearly communicated to us. I respectfully request assistance in reviewing this matter and helping resolve the situation fairly. I strongly believe that the agreement presented to me should be honored and that I should not be held responsible for the over-mileage and related charges that the dealership explicitly stated they would cover. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely,

I called on a Friday afternoon and I told them I had a problem with my car. They told me to come down and they would help. I arrived 20 minutes before the service department closes on a Friday evening and they took my car in with a smile and took care of my problem! I’m so grateful!. The entire staff at Ramsey Volvo is just amazing!!!
