I have never had a more positive and quick experience at a dealership. I walked in to Ramsey Subaru 2 months before my lease was up to just get an idea of what was available, and wound up getting into a new lease in a couple of hours.
Let me start by saying I have been buying and leasing Subarus for 25 years from one dealer, however I went to Ramsey because it's close to my home. (Plus, the other Subaru dealer I've always dealt with was just "ok". The last two leases I got there were so-so. I felt like they didn't really care whether I leased from them or not and I thought why should I go out of my way this time...).
But in Ramsey this wasn't the case. First of all the salesman, Larry Gantt, was just amazing. He was pleasant, honest, and most importantly knowledgeable about the product and the process. He was able to work with the manager, Sean, to get me the best deal on a great Forester. There was no bait and switch of prices, no haggling, no hassles. No waiting 4 to 5 hours in the dealership like you're in the ER. What they said I would pay, I paid. Not a penny more. Shane in finance took literally 15 mins at most to get us out. The paperwork was ready to go when we arrived. The appointment for pick-up was flawless, as was the car. Larry went through every detail of the car. The waiting area was nice with refreshments which we didn't even finish because there was literally no wait! I came in skeptical and left super happy. This is the way buying or leasing a car should be. No headaches and nice people.

I had a GREAT experience at Ramsey Subaru. Thomas is an excellent salesperson. He made sure I knew how to work all of the new technological features and that I was happy with everything about my car. When I had a question about a mark on my windshield he had me bring the car right in and detailing cleaned it. He was always available and was the finisher on my purchase. 10/10 for him.
