Car salesman Sean Abbott expressed his views that ICE should get a man who was seen in tears on social media while attending his government appointment, following the law. He wrote “too bad don’t feel safe here ICE is gonna get ya”. I would not feel safe buying a Subaru from someone who posts that on a video where a fellow human is going through a hard time!

Came here to give them a one, but after having a slightly more respectable conversation with one of the managers, Brian, I’ll give them two.
I inquired about their Uncharted EV and had been going back and forth with Peter. After getting pricing, which felt like pulling teeth to get a real paper quote, I received multiple back to back texts. Which I wouldn’t mind, nature of the business, but due to work I could not get back to him right away. Peter called me and much like his texts he was passive aggressive over the phone too. I mentioned to him, I found a local dealer and will check out the car there and his response was, “you didn’t realize how far the dealership was before you inquired?” I find that insanely unprofessional.
Considering (1) I have driven further to look at cars and (2) this was my first Subaru experience as well as my first Ramsey Subaru experience. What a way to leave a first impression on the brand and your dealership.
I’ve been in an EV for nearly a decade, and I’m suddenly remembering why I love the EV buying experience. I haven’t had to deal with this type of dealership hassle and rudeness in a years!
When speaking with Brian, although I felt heard I don’t think he received the complaint well. However, I support a manager sticking up for their employees, but it still seemed dismissive of my experience.
Still open to looking at the car/other Subarus, but not sure it will be this dealership, at least not anytime soon.

We knew we wanted a Subaru walking in but for me, the dealership dread was real. I hate going through the process. BUT, much to my surprise, the process was easy and painless. Our salesperson, Chris W, was absolutely wonderful. He knew his stuff, had a calm, easy-going vibe and we did not feel pressured at all. He made sure we were well informed about all aspects of the vehicle, answered our questions thoroughly and he was great to work with! Corey, the finance manager was equally helpful, easy to work with and efficient. When we get our next Subaru, it will be from Ramsey Subaru.
