The financial transaction was closed by Shane who answered every question regarding the different laws and regulations as we are not NJ residents. I will go back to Shane to discuss purchasing an extended warranty from Subaru. He is very knowledgable and efficient. I went in Ramsey Subaru to purchase a certified pre-own car. I had the pleasure to work with Jay Choi. He was very transparent in all the taxes and fees outside the vehicle price. Jay took the time and patience to listen to what I seek within my budget. Then he carefully found me cars that fit my criteria. He then answered my questions regarding the car I picked.
