Worst experience I have ever encountered. The finance/ business manager did not even provide his name or business card. I asked him for a copy of the quote and he told me I could not have it! He then said wait a minute I will go back to my office and get you a copy. He then proceeded to change the numbers he had presented to me and handed me a totally different document! Every other Subaru dealership I visited handed me the quote and were up front and honest. This dealership is deceiptful and not trustworthy. Would never purchase anything here!

A little late to post this, but had a great experience at Ramsey Subaru a few months back! Sean and Michael helped us find the exact car we wanted and worked with us when we changed our minds and chose a different car as well. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend this dealership.

Horrible dealership, they screwed up a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek in 2019 with 2,000 miles on it, told the DMV it was 200,000 miles. Whole disaster at the dealership. Forever going to hate you guys, used to always tell people you guys were the go to. Adios.

I purchased a 2026 forester premium and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sean Abbot and Mike Mathews were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, patient, and used no high pressure sales tactics. When I picked up the car, Mike took his time to explain all the features in the car and offered to assist with any future questions down the road. Just bought a new Sudaru Outback -My salesman Alex is fabulous and today I picked up my registration and William installed my license plates and found me EZpass stickers to transfer to my new car. This is the third car I've bought from them and the professional atmosphere and service is excellent. Highly recommend them. They are informative and anxious to please. BTW I'm an older person with little experience with all the new features. They will go out of their way to be sure you understand all the bells & whistles!

Had a very smooth experience here leasing my new Outback Wilderness!
