Very pleasant experience, i already knew exactly what i wanted and that the car with the exact features and options and color was on their lot, i had been shopping/browsing on line for months, so it was about test driving and getting the right price. the car price had recently been reduced on the internet site by over $2k so the time was right. simple and done. all that said, even though i had a appointment, when i arrived the salesperson i was assigned to was busy and i had to wait, wasn’t happy about that (that’s why 4 stars and not 5). after a while they assigned a different salesperson to me and the rest is history, love my new forester, subaru is all i drive, since the early 1980s.

Only good things to say!! This was my first time purchasing a car with the help of Larry who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! He took the time to explain and demonstrate all the features of the car and was considerate of my needs. The whole process did not take all that long either which was a huge plus. Would recommend to any potential Subaru owner.

Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, from the person who took us on our test drive, our amazing sales person (Alex) and finance (super nice guy). It was obvious that they wanted the best decision for our family, and they guided us to the perfect car with a payment that we can afford WITH a bumper to bumper warranty (we purchased a 2021 Outback). I went in unsure if I was going to be able to make a deal. No pressure no coercion, Alex was the best…. He asked me what was good and what would work for me and he worked his magic. When it was time to pick up the vehicle it was still a few things that needed to be ironed out but the finance guy and I’m very sorry right now I don’t remember his name but I can give you a description (sorry for this) but he had a bald head & he worked his magic as well as far as getting me incredible warranty coverage and making sure I walked out in the best position possible…..Happy! Not feeling like I got in over my head or feeling like I got taken to the cleaners, But Happy!!! The Ramsey experience was easy & painless.
