The experience with Subaru Ramsey was quick, collaborative, no pressure purchase experience that resulted in a good outcome for both parties. #1 Pete Miscelli spent 30-45 minutes explaining features and answering questions before the test drive. When I came to pick up the car Pete spent another 45 minutes explaining and exercising the features of the car with me, at his insistence. #2 Unexpectedly they added a 1 year service (oil changes) after we were complete establishing a fair price.
