When I walked into Ramsey Nissan; the manager nicely matched me with Cindy, the loyalty manager and she does sales. Cindy put me at ease that when it came time to match my trade in. My finances and what I wanted in my next suv, it was easy. I chose from the inventory on the website, narrowed it down and next thing I knew, I was calling my insurance and finishing up with the finance man, Matt. I don’t drive after dark and even though it got dark, Cindy drove me home and another coworker brought her back to the dealer. So that I was safe. She gave a goody bag of gifts for my new car.
