The only name you need to know about when you go to Ramsey Nissan is CINDY! My last experience at this dealership 3 years ago was horrid & I made it very clear the night I left, that when my lease was up, I was done with this dealership for good! Fast forward a bit to the summer time..Cindy and I were emailing and I explained how bad my last experience was between the lack of communication and the amount of hours it took to get in and out on a Monday night when the place was empty. We talked on the phone and she explained that she too had a bad experience at a Nissan dealership so she understood where I was coming from. She wanted to make it right! My lease wasn’t up until February-however with 3 payments left I reached out to see if there were any deals going on. Cindy was quick to respond and we had an appointment set up for the next day. I came in with no hopes of a deal being made and ended up leaving a few hours later with a brand new 2027 rouge! Cindy was a so amazing! She heard what I had to say, worked with me to run multiple numbers to see which would be a good fit, let me test drive the one the I was looking at & made the entire a breeze compared to my previous experience! Cindy wants to do right by the customer and that she most certainly did! If you are in need of a car, I highly recommend you give Cindy a chance! You won’t be disappointed!! I brought my Altima there for service, It was a great experience compared to other places. There was signs about where to park as soon as I entered, I was greeted with smiles and direction of where to go and what is next. The service adviser was super happy to help and i got updates as my car was being worked on. Basically, everything that was supposed to happen, Happened but with a smile. Perfect job Ramsey, Keep up the good work!
