The express service for oil change is amazing, it is efficient and quick. The representantive Evert knows his job and makes sure that the customer leaves happy. I will definitely cone again.

Great service by the staff, the only thing I upset about is they promised me a free oil change and I did not receive an email for that free change.

Salesperson was very helpful & patient, not pushy. Only complaint was the extra fees tagged on after we chose a vehicle. Would have been a five-star rating if we knew about those extra fees before decision was made

I have 25 MyNissan Rewards service points.That's $25. The service points were given to me at Route 46 Nissan. I was told that I could not redeem MyNissan Rewards points at your dealership. Why your dealership does not participate in MyNissan Rewards program ? Also, I came for oil and filter change, but was suggested that I needed other services. The final bill was much bigger than I expected. Otherwise, the service was fine.

My Sales Rep, Isiah Tejada was excellent and very informative about the Sentra that I leased. The refreshment area could be restocked and the DMV fee could have been explained more clearly when quoting me the final cost that I had to pay which wasn't mentioned
