(Starting off there was a little hiccup when I went to get the leaves out from under the hood and I noticed the brake fluid cap that they had just changed was not there but they got it fixed and we’re very apologetic.) All I have to say is WOW!! I have been coming here for many years and have been a long time service customer. I came in today for service, it was amazing! They renovated the entire place and it looks great and the customer service from Jennifer and all the other employees was amazing! The new renovation tied with the even better service is the best. They were always very good but this was a cherry on top! Now when the car is in the shop they send you a video showing they are actually doing the work! I will always be a customer of Ramsey Nissan!

From the moment I parked my car up to the service area, I was greeted by staff. Who took my car in immediately. The service staff are so helpful. The waiting areas are newly decorated and beautiful. There's a giant TV to watch while waiting. Coffee. Cocoa and snacks. The sales staff is friendly. And they have a huge inventory to choose from for those in the market. They took great care of my Nissan Ariya!
