We recently leased a QX80 and worked with Gavin, and his manager Jose, during the process. Gavin was extremely responsive and helpful (even on his days off!) and was knowledgeable about the inventory and cars. He was organized and worked with the finance dept to have the majority of paperwork completed prior to our appointment, for which we were extremely grateful! It really expedited that final finance process (which can be unbearable! ) Matt from finance was also great. Def recommend working with Gavin and the team at Ramsey Infiniti!!

Wow, it's not so often that I can say that a dealership is honest and operates on integrity. This dealership has stellar customer service and replaced my CPO Q50's turbos free of charge under my warranty with no questions asked at all. Both Jennifer and Xavier were a great help and were very professional and kind. Not only is their customer service top notch, their facility is clean and up to date with the latest technology. The day I brought my car in they had a fancy drive in device that takes pictures of the whole car, and they sent me a video of my car with Xavier, the technician giving me suggestions for my car which was incredible.

A Truly Refreshing (CPO) Car-Buying Experience As a woman buying a car on my own, it can feel like an unspoken challenge.
