Good morning all. So I have my wife's car towed in yesterday morning. Get a call from a service rep that the car has arrived and asked what the issue was. 2PM hits and I get a call that our leased QX50S is not covered for the supposed issue and want to charge me $1600. I laugh at the situation and call my mechanic who is family. I have the vehicle now towed to my mechanic. $100 later and the issue was resolved. I knew the car had gas that was not good in the tank. I called service told them the situation and they still wanted to charge the $1600. That they had to drop the tank, and change the injectors and replace the fuel pump. All that was needed was to drain the tank add some additives and a full tank of clean super gasoline. All new. Shame on you for consistently lying and robbing clients. $1600 compared to under $100. Just WOW to me. This will be our last Infiniti after 20+ years of loyalty.

They insisted the starter was good now once I have to pay to have my starter fixed you will be sued for it. Also, when I see the family that owns the Ramsey Auto group at the local bar and Grill or maybe steakhouse I will be sure to tell them that everybody at this dealership is a piece of garbage.

From the service to the sales team Needs work.. the team seems Nice until you do business after you feel rushed, like a your bother to them. they all have condescending tones in there voices. RUDEE they don't work with you even if you have customer loyalty and give you numbers with no explanation. Dont worry won't be back. Lots to work on when making a sale at the end of the month! Our experience, my husband had to call in since his inquiry went unanswered. He called in to schedule an appointment and they said they would call him back. He decided to show up to the dealer and it was empty. We were there with the intention to buy a 2026 truck. They didn’t budge with a reasonable request since we were speaking to an Infiniti dealer for the same colored truck and LESS actually half mileage. We met with Jose a manager who was less helpful. We decided to move forward at Lia Infiniti who are professional and outstanding customer service! They made the sale because they were there to sell sell sell! In addition, the sales team were on that phone until that sale closed and work with their customers! I would NEVER recommend Ramsey Infiniti!
