Great experience

This was my first time buying an infiniti and going to the Ramsey, NJ location. I explained the issues I was having and the head of the service dept., Ms/Mrs. Jennifer got a service tech to take a ride with me to see if the tech could hear what I was explaining. That was a first for me having a service tech take car out with me trying to diagnose the problem. Jennifer made my experience pleasant, explaining the process and explained to me the work that was needed. She was so pleasant that I asked her was she always this nice, She said “yes” with a smile. Not only will I come back, I will come back to get all my repairs done there. The ladies at the cashier to the gentlemen at service who accepts the cars when they come in for service were professional, and pleasant. INFINITI of Ramsey got it right and assembled the perfect team of value employees. Well done !
