Hi Everyones First of all I want to say.. what a Great Team!! I bought my pre-owned Alfaromeo Stelvio Veloce black w/red interior very rare 12/24/24. I'm sharing only right now my review, usually I don't like to do it because my English isn't very well. There wasn't a single day while I was driving my Stelvio that I thought about writing a few words to this Amazing team. This Team here was exceptional, transparent, and professional. I appreciate the guys for making my desire true. They ended up coming with the best solution for my budget without no pressure , all in, NO SURPRISE FEES!! I would like to say( what else?!) They respected my time and i did the same with them waiting a few hours while the service staff was cleaning and preparing my Suv . I want thank Luigi ( honest ,kind and generous sales consultant, Jesse ( human , transparent and professional General sales consultant) and Trevor ( confident ,patient and respectful) . He didn't pressure me to buy anything i didn't need and made completing all paperwork easily. Omar the sale specialist is very helpful. Knows his trade well and is very patient. We went there to buy a Giulia and ended up buying two cars during the same visit. Truly a terrific experience! I literally came in last night, test drove 2 cars & was given numbers ALL within an hr. Today, I came back w/my wife as it will be her car & she needed to drive it. She only wanted the white w/red interior Stelvio (very rare) & they were able to locate it and have it ready overnight! They ended up coming in under our budget, all in, NO surprise fees (when does that happen?). They respected our time & never did we feel pressure. That’s how it should be done.
