I have leased and financed various vehicles from numerous dealerships prior to them, but both Mazda and Ramsey Mazda’s staff have continued to impress me beyond what I thought was already acceptable service. Victor and Donovan, and Rafi, and other staff that are too numerous to mention have always gone above and beyond to help make every transaction as easy and reasonable as possible. I came for oil change and maintenance. Service was great and incredibly fast. After than they said its gonna be a quick survey. I filled that one. But they kept sending emails and texts, calls. I told them im not interested in selling my vehicle and i just got my vehicle etc. I dont know how many emails i unsubscribe, how many texts i opt out. They still keep sending. IM NOT INTERESTED

From the moment my son and I walked in I had a good feeling. We just left the Volkswagone dealer after finding out VW would not take care of the major engine problem (should be a recall but it isn't). We checked AI and the Mazda CX-5 was comparable. Louis Iona was great from beginning to end. We bought the vehicle after seeing how much better value and reliability came with this brand.
