While I admit I was upset after taking my truck in for maintenance service for valve lash adjustment 2.5 hrs job turned into 15 days with out my truck due to the head cover being cracked and the replacement having the same crack. This is not in their control as quality control is the supplier and chain fault. I do feel communication between the customer needs improvement and phone system also. In the end everything worked out and I’m satisfied, it would have been nice to have had a loaner due to my schedule. I will say thanks John and Rob
