Had to take my Jeep to get a recall done…it decided it wanted to go in early. Broke down on the Sunday before the scheduled service. AJ was my assigned person. He was/is amazing! My bearer of bad news always did so in a friendly manner ..no matter how aggravated I was he made me laugh. And he was able to explain things very well (swing shift..brain doesn’t like midnights) Even telling me prices…not a fan…he explained what the tech was telling him about what needed to be done and why. Still not a fan of how expensive it is to fix my Jeep… that’s the only complaint I have. But if ya need to go to the service department…see about getting AJ as your person. He’s truly great at his job!

I had a service done on my Ram rho there was a little complication getting the right oil but Aj the service guy did a great job getting that resolved the only complaint I have is how ever serviced my truck left oily hand prints on the inside and out side my truck also got oil on my seats and door panels also you can tell the air compressor hose rubbed up against the front of my truck scuffed up the front bumper a little bit and scuffed the front passenger fender flare you would think they would be a little more carful with it being a 76k truck
