I can't sing enough praises when it comes to the service department. I worked with AJ and he is simply a phenomenal human being. He is very patient and understanding. My 2020 Dodge Durango needed a plethora of repairs. One being the radio unit. To no fault of the dealership, I am still awaiting the install. AJ has remained in constant communication with me in regard to where we are in the process. He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly and that things are made right. The prices appear comparable to other places, even though it is a dealership. The only downside.... in my future I see an $80000 Wagoneer after having one for a loaner while my car gets fixed. It was a beautiful and pristine vehicle. A literal hotel on wheels with all of the bells and whistles ( and fifty eleven cameras surrounding the entire vehicle). I had to return it for a different loader. And they put me in a gorgeous red Durango. This also has quite a few extras. I do not foresee myself going anywhere else for repairs. Each staff member has been courteous. Kane and Rob also assisted me a bit during this process, and they were awesome as well.
And they ensure you get what you pay for.

Bought my truck at another dealer a few weeks prior to taking it to Progressive to have a recall serviced. I asked to have another issue checked out regarding an exhaust noise I was experiencing and they discovered the motor had 2 cracked exhaust manifolds! Imagine my disappointment! The staff there was extremely helpful in offering solutions to my new found problem and was even able to have the repairs done immediately since they had the parts in stock. Kane was very helpful and communicated very well trough the whole process. They offer shuttle services for anyone who needs to return to work/ home while services are being completed and even gave me a voucher for a free car wash!! 5 star service here. I will definitely return for future services. Might even purchase a car from them when I'm ready.
