My husband I came in yesterday 5/18/26 and we had the most amazing experience. Madison helped us get the right truck at the right price for us. The floor manager, Brian, was awesome as well! He walked around the floor to talk to every person that was in there. Super nice and such a people person. He even brought a bell over dor my husband to ring once we were done with everything. This was my first time car shopping in many years, and they genuinely made the experience enjoyable and low-pressure. My partner and I were there together looking for a vehicle, and everyone treated us with such kindness and hospitality. We were offered food and beverages while we were there, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Madison, my sales associate, was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with her and could really relate to her. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and at no point did I feel pressured.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Progressive Dodge Massillon, especially my service advisor Kane. From start to finish, he went completely above and beyond to help me and made a stressful situation so much easier. Kane treated me with honesty, respect, and professionalism the entire time, and you can genuinely tell he cares about his customers.
