I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L on Monday evening and had a great overall experience with the team at Progressive Jeep. I want to start by recognizing Ben, my salesperson. He greeted me right away, was easy to talk to, and most importantly—he listened. I had been researching vehicles for over a month and came in with a lot of information and expectations. While there were a few details I already knew more in-depth, Ben handled everything professionally and made the process comfortable. He’s a solid guy with great potential, and I truly believe he’s going to grow into an excellent salesperson. Brian was also great to work with—very knowledgeable, experienced, and confident throughout the process. He made sure all of my questions were answered and helped get the deal done smoothly. Landry made the final steps easy and stress-free. Even late in the evening, she was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. That kind of attitude goes a long way. Shoutout as well to the team up front for working with me to get the best deal possible—I definitely appreciated the effort. To be transparent, I came in hesitant due to a previous experience with a neighboring dealership, but this team completely changed my perspective. The environment was positive, the team worked well together, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. The only feedback I would offer is regarding the survey system. I think there’s an opportunity to better reflect individual growth and experience levels, rather than expecting the same standard across the board. That said, it doesn’t take away from the effort this team put in. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and glad to be staying in the Jeep family. Had to take my Jeep to get a recall done…it decided it wanted to go in early. Broke down on the Sunday before the scheduled service. AJ was my assigned person. He was/is amazing! My bearer of bad news always did so in a friendly manner ..no matter how aggravated I was he made me laugh. And he was able to explain things very well (swing shift..brain doesn’t like midnights) Even telling me prices…not a fan…he explained what the tech was telling him about what needed to be done and why. Still not a fan of how expensive it is to fix my Jeep… that’s the only complaint I have. But if ya need to go to the service department…see about getting AJ as your person. He’s truly great at his job!

I had a service done on my Ram rho there was a little complication getting the right oil but Aj the service guy did a great job getting that resolved the only complaint I have is how ever serviced my truck left oily hand prints on the inside and out side my truck also got oil on my seats and door panels also you can tell the air compressor hose rubbed up against the front of my truck scuffed up the front bumper a little bit and scuffed the front passenger fender flare you would think they would be a little more carful with it being a 76k truck
