There is zero negotiating on a used car. Go to NY- very close in proximity, got a MUCH better deal and better car at PALISADES NYACK and YONKERS and your doc fee drops from 799 to 175. FYI: They pay people to monitor their google reviews which is why they are so high. I was lead to believe when purchasing my car that I would have coverage for any mazda issues that could cover mazda specific problems. Come in to find out they just sold me an extended warranty which added an extra amount to my car loan. I would also not have purchased the warranty. If I had known that I would have never brought my car to be looked at here, the diagnostic alone for them to just look at the car starts around $200. I like mazdas but I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Update to the owner: First of all, the extended warranty process was not sold to me as that. It was explained as permanent care by your closer. Second, I did not hear from the man I was working with that you would waive the fee, it was not said directly to me and I did not hear it. Third, Why would anyone go to a dealership for a service when local shops are more affordable for standard oil changes? That is expensive. Your guy kept shutting me down and trying to get me to make a decision. Congrats you guys won the argument.

Great experience at Ramsey Mazda! They made everything easy and convenient for me. We bought our new Mazda at Mazda Ramsey on Labor Day, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We first met Chris from Sales, and he was very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He was extremely helpful and made the whole process comfortable for us. Then we met Rocky, the manager, who was incredibly understanding and respectful. He took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt comfortable with the deal. When it came time to finalize everything, we worked with Eric in Finance. He was excellent at explaining every detail of the contract, pricing, signatures, and all the paperwork. He went through everything thoroughly, and we felt like we truly understood what we were signing. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly, polite, and respectful, and the atmosphere at Mazda Ramsey was very welcoming. They even have great Lavazza coffee, which definitely made the experience even more enjoyable! Before we left, another team member took the time to show me how to use my new car and explained all the features and settings. He was incredibly kind and patient and made sure I understood everything. They also helped me set up the Mazda app and connect everything. Thank you to the entire Mazda Ramsey team for making buying our new car such a positive experience. We really appreciate all the help and patience we received. I highly recommend Mazda Ramsey. It’s clear that good people work there, and they genuinely care about their customers.

First time purchasing from Ramsey Mazda after having experience with a few other nearby Mazda dealerships, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.

A last minute inventory change at a separate dealership led me to Ramsey, and I’m glad it did. I was in and out in under two and a half hours, compared to the 4+ hours I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I told them the deal I had been offered elsewhere, and they gave me an even better deal without any pressure or unnecessary back and forth.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I scheduled a time to come in, and when I arrived, my salesperson, Willy, didn’t waste any time meeting me right at the front desk and walking me directly to the car I wanted to test drive. He made everything easy from start to finish. Before I drove away, someone walked me through all the technology and settings in the car, and they even scheduled my first oil change.
