I was introduced to my sales consultant, Elena Dacosta, met General Manager James Sabini, finalized financing with Donovan Lau, and received a full vehicle walkthrough from Christopher Tejada. Every single person I interacted with made the process seamless and genuinely enjoyable.
You always hear stories about dealerships being pushy or not having your best interest in mind, but this was the complete opposite. The entire team operates with transparency, kindness, and professionalism. I never once felt pressured.

I had a car maintenance appointment last Saturday at Ramsey Mazda, and I wanted to share my great experience.
Michele in the service area was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—always welcoming, and she took the time to patiently walk me through all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. You can clearly tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, which makes a big difference.
Compared to other Mazda locations I’ve visited, the level of service here really stands out. I also had the chance to meet Jim, the manager, and when I shared my experience, it became clear that customer satisfaction is truly a priority for the entire team. This seems to be part of Ramsey Mazda’s culture.
Even though I didn’t purchase my car from this location, they were extremely helpful both with my questions and during the maintenance process.
I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service!
