I did not buy the car through a Mazda dealership,therefore, I did not have a duplicate with the purchase of a used car, which was very disappointing, but not Mazda's doing. 1 star short because everything is so costly today, and nobody's perfect. If it would let me, you would have 4.5 stars.

We picked up our new CX-70 this weekend after shopping there last week. Overall, we had a very positive experience at Ramsey Mazda. Our initial salesperson Joe was very friendly and helpful, and the test drive went smoothly. We then negotiated with him and one of the managers a lease rate that was comfortable for us. We signed and left a deposit and came back to pick up the car with a new hitch installed. The senior finance manager Eric contacted us during the week to address our concerns and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. He was amazing with us at the closing and everything went quite smoothly. There was another guy Chris who gave us a demonstration in the car and spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions so that we were comfortable driving away with our new car. I would highly recommend Ramsey Mazda. And we love our new SUV!
