The people, including Todd, where very informative and the inspection report with the video, was really well done. Thus I felt there was full transparency and all my questions where answered. Only reason for not giving a 5 star, was the complementary car wash was not a $29 worth wash, as penalty of areas where not cleaned nor the underside. So will have to use a car wash to get the job done thoroughly.
