Bought a pre-owned Acura from this dealership recently. The overall experience was pretty typical for a car dealership, but Giancarlo was great to work with. He made the entire process smooth. You can tell he’s been doing this for a while, he knows his stuff and made me feel comfortable with the whole thing.

The car is in great shape and priced really well, so I feel good about the deal I got. The only downside was the financing, they gave me a high APR and didn’t go with my bank (Bank of America), which had offered me a lower rate. That part was a little frustrating.

Other than that, everything went well. If you’re shopping here, definitely look for Giancarlo. He is professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants to help you get into the right car. The 5 stars are for my whole experience with Giancarlo, thank you again!

We traveled over an hour to this dealership to see a car we found on Carfax. We scheduled an appointment to see the car and this dealership was very accommodating. We were greeted within minutes of arriving for our appointment and the car was up front and ready for us to view. Giancarlo was very easy to work with. He explained everything very clearly and was not at all pushy. When we came to pick the car up a week later he took time to explain everything to us and has had great follow up with us in the days after bringing the car home. If we lived local we would probably even use their service department. We highly recommend Giancarlo and this dealership!

Excellent service by this team at Genesis of Denville. Pam greeted me as soon as I pulled in and directed me to Mario, who helped me check in my car for service. I had two recalls that needed to be corrected. They were prompt, and they even gave me a ride and picked me up to and from the Trader Joe's across the street. I was able to do my shopping while my car was being serviced. There was a super nice waiting area with complimentary beverages and snacks. My car was washed, and a vacuuming to my interior was given to my car, too, after servicing. It's a beautiful showroom, with lots of new and used inventory.
