Robert V. was our first contact person, and he was so helpful, and knowledgeable in describing all of the vehicles we were interested in. We did our test drives with him, and he couldn't have been more accommodating in making sure we had all our questions answered. Carlos made all the business transactions very smooth and easy. I didn't want any hustles, or fast-talking sales pitches trying to upside whatever it was I was looking for. I wanted a fair deal with no aggravation and they delivered it. I came in and told them what I was looking for and the price I was looking to pay, and they made a fair offer to me and we had a deal. Simple as that. No added pressure; no stories about how they didn't have this particular model on the lot; no hidden fees after they gave me the offer; etc., etc. Just a good, honest deal, and I was in and out of the showroom with a new car in a couple of hours.
