Came in for a recall on my G70. The service department is extremely professional and friendly. The recall work was completed in less than 35 minutes, and they gave me a complimentary car wash on top of that! Great experience

I recently had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Genesis of Denville. From the moment I walked in, the dealership had a welcoming, upscale atmosphere and the staff made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. A special thank you to Carlos, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the different Genesis models and features, and never made me feel pressured. During the test drive, he pointed out the quiet cabin and smooth acceleration of the vehicle, which really helped me appreciate the difference between the trims. His patience and attention to detail made the car-shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was how transparent and straightforward everything felt. Carlos worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with every step, from the test drive to discussing pricing and options. He clearly broke down the monthly payment differences and available packages so I could compare everything without feeling rushed. the experience is ok. the gentleman who helped me was nice. i plan on maybe buying a genesis so i didnt want to leave this review on my account. i met the sales manager and he seemed to care more to talk about his divorce than selling me a car. that was really unprofessional as im there to buy a luxury car. everything else was a fair experience.

Whenever a complexity with my vehicle arose, the service manager and advisors truly take the time to listen to what I describe rather than rushing to conclusions. I received as a birthday gift from my husband a Genesis GV 70, it’s an amazing car!went to the dealership on May 3rd and Christopher Tyther, our salesman, was very helpful. He went over all the car features with me , very patient and cordial. I am so impressed with the car and the dealership especially with Cristopher, I highly recommend this dealer and for all your purchases look for Cristopher he is amazing!

VEHICLE ARRIVED DAMAGED... DEALERSHIP WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. What a frustrating experience that could have so easily been a good one had the dealership simply done the right thing. We purchased a "like new" Acura MDX from Genesis of Denville in August of 2025. We reviewed the photos online, talked with the sales team, and sent payment-in-full for our purchase. Genesis of Denville arranged transportation to have the vehicle delivered to us, several states away, as part of the deal. The vehicle arrived with a dent in the front passenger side quarter panel. The delivery driver didn't speak English, so I simply snapped a photo, then contacted the dealership, knowing that any reputable dealership I've ever worked with in my life would obviously stand behind this repair. I notified them the same day that the vehicle arrived at my home. The dealership asked that I obtain an estimate, which I did through a reputable local body shop. For the next 6 months I was put through the wringer as the dealership and the company they hired to transport the vehicle argued it out and swapped blame. I was stuck in the middle. After literally 100 emails, photos, phone calls, and more, the dealership just started ignoring me, and is leaving me hanging out to dry. After all efforts were exhausted with management, I have attempted to contact ownership, to no avail. I am disheartened and literally disgusted that a so called "luxury" dealership would operate in this manner. I would expect this out of a seedy New Jersey used car lot. Buyer beware, right? But a legitimate, established business takes responsibility for their product. At least I thought they did, until I met the folks at Genesis of Denville. All I have ever asked is that they simply make it right. Fix my vehicle. Apparently that is too much to ask.

I went to the Genesis of Danville on the 11th of April 2026. Christopher Tyther approached me and within an hour he found the exact GV70 I was to give my wife Fernanda for her birthday. I picked up the car on the 18th of April. What an AMAZING vehicle. Christopher was great, always attentive to my requests. He made my wife extremely happy. Horrible experience with preowned purchase of a vehicle. Liars and thefts! Beware if you get a preowned you have it checked for all the “things” they said they fixed/ needed before selling to you! I.e … brakes, fluids, protect coating they say you “have to buy” ! Even filled my window fluid with water because I asked if they can top it off. Froze up first cold weather !

Sale man Bill was irate and rude when I called after the purchase was complete to discuss the high cost coat issue, as it was noticeable it was not applied. He lied to the manager that we were rude, when in fact he was unprofessional and disrespectful.

They did come and get my car after speaking with the manager and he personally took care of the treatment for us.

However, with the fact it needs brakes a month into my purchase , I have no trust in anything they inspected or said they did on the preowned vehicle. I am so uncomfortable and disgusted to even go call or back and have them look at it. I have no trust in anything they say. I feel completely unsafe and I don’t even want the vehicle any longer! As soon as I can get out of it I will! Unfortunately now I have a car I don’t want and need to pay until I have the equity to trade in.

Got a new 2026 GV80 from Genesis Denville. Thank you Milissa and Carlos! Major respect to how the manager Carlos runs the dealership. He was straight forward and upfront. Brought us into his office and we directly made a deal with him. Unlike in other dealerships where the manager hides out in their office and the sales associate runs back and forth to tire you out. Avoid Genesis of Denville. Once the paperwork is signed, the management team completely stops communicating, even when addressing safety defects and legal violations. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle here and the experience has been a study in negligence

Privacy Breach: They violated the NJ Motor Vehicle Data Deletion Act by delivering the car with the previous owner's account active. A stranger could track my GPS location for weeks and remotely access my car. I had to resolve this security failure myself.

Safety Defects & Misdiagnosis: The car was sold with a leaking tire and a defective trunk assembly. During the test drive, the salesman insisted the rattle was just a "loose license plate."

Professional Negligence: The staff failed to return my keys during the vehicle transfer which left me without my house, mailbox, and work keys.

Lack of Accountability: When I attempted to have these issues fixed, Sales Consultant Bill Gusta and managers Chad Bowers and Carlos Robles dismissed me on multiple attempted calls where I was promised callbacks, and a never replied to a formal written email.

Save yourself the headache and go to a dealership that obeys state laws and values its customers. I am now filing a formal complaint with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships over the years, and I can honestly say the service department at Genesis of Denville is on another level.

I’ve brought my car here multiple times for routine oil changes as well as a few warranty replacements, and every single experience has been outstanding. From the moment you pull in, the service team is organized, professional, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to explain everything clearly, keep you updated throughout the process, and you never feel like you’re being rushed out the door.

What really stands out is how smooth and stress-free they make the entire experience. Scheduling is easy, the service advisors are knowledgeable, and the work is always done exactly when they say it will be. No surprises, no runaround, and no upselling nonsense that you get at so many other dealerships.

The waiting area is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. It honestly feels more like a luxury hospitality experience than a typical car service visit.

I’ve dealt with plenty of service departments before, and most of them feel transactional at best. Genesis of Denville is the complete opposite — they treat you like a valued customer and consistently deliver top-tier service. At this point, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
