I really want to share my review with the entire Mazda family and especially my Sales Consultant, Willy Elkammary. My wife and I have been leasing through Ramsey Mazda for many years and Willy has made us feel like family. We recently leased a 2026 CX-90 and we enjoy the style and ride this vehicle gives us. Great customer service and professionalism

I’ve been very happy with Ramsey Mazda service. The latest service was an oil change, and I was very pleased that they did a thorough inspection when the car was there. The inspection was included in the cost. They also washed the car for free which was awesome.

Visited Ramsey Mazda for the first time to have my suspension checked and to confirm an exhaust issue. Booking online was easy and I was seen right on time. Michele, my service advisor, was polite and attentive. I received a video from the technician walking through the inspection and recommendations, which was very helpful. Michelle followed up quickly with estimates and next steps. I was able to decide what needed to be done now and move forward without any pressure. Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
