Loving my new vehicle, the delivery process was smooth & informative !!

This was my second time in two years working with Ramsey Mazda, and once again it was a great experience.

The first time, I bought a used Mazda for my daughters when they got their licenses. I had never really considered Mazda before, but after doing some research and reading safety reviews, I’m so glad I ended up at Ramsey Mazda. The car drives great, and the customer service was excellent.

Because of that experience, when my own lease was up, I went right back and worked again with the same salesperson, Brandon. From start to finish, everything was easy and stress-free. Brandon took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I test drove the car I was interested in and couldn’t be happier.

We also got a very fair price on the new lease, including a customer loyalty discount, on top of already competitive pricing. Brandon was knowledgeable, patient, and really in tune with what we were looking for. Even the day I picked up the car, working with the finance manager was quick and painless — I was in and out in about 45 minutes, which never happens at a car dealership!

I highly, highly recommend Ramsey Mazda, and especially Brandon. This is how car buying and leasing should be.

Excellent service !

Brought my care in for routine service. From beginning to end it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership service center. My service advisor Michele Martin was awesome, and I was easily able to get a loaner. I wish I could give it higher than a 5 stars
